Returns Policy

STB aims to provide a clear and reliable returns process for customers purchasing books through our online channels.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, provided the item is returned in its original condition.

Books must be unused, undamaged and returned with any original packaging where applicable.

Where an order is completed through Amazon Marketplace, returns may be handled in accordance with Amazon’s customer return process.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers should contact STB as soon as possible with order details and supporting images.
