Returns policy
The return route depends on where your purchase was completed. Most STB catalogue purchases are completed through Amazon.
Amazon purchases
For a purchase completed on Amazon.co.uk, start the return from Your Orders in the Amazon account used at checkout. The listing and return flow will show the applicable return window, label options and refund method.
Damaged or incorrect items
Report damaged, incorrect or incomplete Amazon orders through Amazon's order support. Keep the packaging and take clear photographs if requested.
Orders sold by STB
If the order page identifies STB as the seller and you need further help, email customer@stbbooks.co.ukwith the order number, title and a short description of the issue.
