These terms cover use of the STB Books website and the wholesale information displayed here.
Catalogue information
Product names, availability, case quantities, RRPs and indicative trade prices may change. Website content does not constitute a binding offer and should be confirmed in writing before you make purchasing decisions.
Trade-account approval
You may browse the public catalogue before approval. Quote lists, cart access, wholesale enquiries, checkout, payment arrangements and order placement are available only to trade customers approved by STB Books.
Quotes and orders
Adding a title to an approved account’s quote list does not reserve stock or create an order. A contract is formed only when STB Books confirms the products, quantities, price, delivery terms and payment arrangement in writing.
Trade pricing
Unless stated otherwise, trade prices are shown per unit and exclude VAT. Minimum quantities and case sizes may apply. Final charges, including any applicable VAT and delivery, are provided before confirmation.
Payment methods
Approved trade customers may pay by PayPal or by debit or credit card securely processed through Stripe. Account credit may be offered to eligible businesses following a separate credit review. Any credit limit, payment period and other terms must be agreed by STB Books in writing before an order is placed.
Website use
You may use this website for legitimate business enquiries. You must not attempt to interfere with the website, misuse its content or represent catalogue information as your own confirmed stock or offer without permission.
