Mainland UK delivery
Standard mainland UK delivery is free on confirmed orders over £500. For orders below £500, the delivery charge is calculated from the number of cartons, total weight and destination postcode and shown before you commit.

UK orders are dispatched with Royal Mail, Parcelforce or DPD. We select the most suitable tracked service for each shipment based on the number of cartons, total weight and delivery postcode.

Dispatch and tracking
Available stock is normally prepared for dispatch after the order and payment are confirmed. If any title has a different lead time, we will tell you before the order is finalised. Your carrier and tracking details are supplied once the shipment leaves our warehouse.
Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland
We can deliver throughout the UK. Additional carrier charges or transit time may apply to the Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Send us your postcode for an exact quote.
